If you have money in your paypal account then yeh. Just select use paypal balance instead when buying.

Bear in mind that you can only make one ZP transaction through Paypal on an unverified account if you pay by Paypal funds. This is probably to prevent potential charge backs.

You can, but there's a limit to how much ZP you can buy.

Once you login to your account, its the main page...
It's on the "my account" page...

You can use your credit/debit card to buy ZP through Paypal once your account is verified. All you have to do is link your bank account to your Paypal.
