Tim, I can't agree with you more. I have taken to the sport of Ghost-Sniping, which involves a bit more skill, or less, however you want to look at it. Anyways, the oneshot-kill of the AWM is apparently incomprehendable to noobs, and evermore, the overall ability to hit a moving ghost makes me a "hacker." Most often, I'll either hit them while they run straight at me and call me a chammer or I'll see them sit in a corner and still get called a chammer.

Yep, you make a good point. There are just soooo many different scenarios that can happen during a game that when you either throw in the noob players or the teen and preteen players and overall the immature players into the equation, that legit players who dont use any cheats or hacks period get called a hacker and most the time wrongfully kicked.
No doubt as you seem to be passionate about sniping youve been doing it a while and have gotten good or prolly very good and yeah to be a very good sniper it takes practice and good reflexes. And a certain amount of instincts, a good understanding of the layout of the map and other subtleties as well.
But instead of those fore-mentioned players ever thinking about that and taking it into consideration, theyd rather just jump to conclusions and asinine, ill conceived assumptions and accuse you of heracy and burn you at the stake and ask questions later. And you know what? Seriously thats the same mentality these people have as did those people that would tie you to a thatchel of wood and burn you alive at the stake, who falsly accuse us legit players in CF all the time. Far far far too often thats what happens to me and I know so many other legit players as well.
Speaking of which I have to say im very surprised at the lack of people jumping on the band wagon here, either in support of or at least to speak out against my idea. I myself am very passionate about this subject. I really enjoy this game and Id really like to enjoy it without getting so damn sick and tired and fed up all the time of constantly getting kicked. Ill say it again, I think the main idea I keep throwing out on here is practically perfect and if implemented would at the very least make a very noticeable difference for the better.
Comon people - stop by and voice your opinions on this subject and especially my idea. Id really like to have an official response here from z8 too. If my idea isnt a good one or practical - please tell me. If you think it is a good one than stop by and say so. -
I wonder...why do people even bother to take their time to leave comments and feedback like - "get used to it" >?
I refuse to get used to it. Especially when Im offering up an idea that I strongly feel would greatly help fix the problem at hand.
Again, if youre the type of person that is content to just go with the flow on everything or you just dont care that much about this subject then fine by me. But if youre just gonna say get used to it - please dont even bother.
What im looking for here though, is other people who are as passionate about this topic as I am or at least has enough interest to contribute ideas to finding ways of fixing the main problem here.
And if nothing comes to mind, then share your opinion on my idea. If you think it sucks then tell me lol. I you think its good then say so to support it. If you have a better idea, please share. -

Im not talking about "everyone" who gets kicked. This is for people like me who get wrongfully and unjustly kicked on a fairly regular basis or as much as maybe half their playing time which has whats been happening to me lately.
And the only reason lots of people are used to it is because nothing has really been done to adequately address the issue. And because some people have that exact same attitude about it. That oh well - it is what it is kinda thing. Or they feel like thats just the way it is and always will be and theres nothing they can say or do or nothing that can be done about it.
Well thats completly wrong and Im trying to change that. It shouldnt be that way and it doesnt have to be because there is always a solution to a problem so long as there are those willing to find it. Im offering so far at least one very sound and practical idea from what I feel that could really have a positive impact. Thats the point of this thread so lets not forget that. -
Well we are trying to get used to it... but it's starting to get on nerves when you can't finish even one game...
It would be nice that all those kick abusers get perma ban. This is such a waste of ZP items....
For me it's all the same whether i finished/kicked/DCed it doesn't matter, i had the fun i wanted :]
Yeah kick abusers are just little kids or stupid big internet cowboys. -
it happens a fair bit but theres really nothing that can be done about it ppl see 5 headshots in a row and scream hacks.... but if they would work towards stopping hackers then there wouldent be the issue of acusing the innocent so they need to solve the hacker issue becuase GameGuard does crap

And ForumSmasher, did you read my idea Ive mentioned several times throughout this thread? Of course theres something that can be done about it and my idea I think is a very realistic and sensible and plausible solution to the problem.
Weighing the pros and cons here; making it so only the highest ranked players can be non kickable room hosts, from what I can foresee, would be the best, logical universal solution here.
Im really wondering how many people that come here actually have read through that whole idea. Good or bad I would have expected a little more response about it. -
look this is just human nature. people dont like people who are better then them, and people dont like to lose. i regualy get kicked from games by total noobs who cant play
people whine at headshots
people whine if you kill them with a gun they think is bad
and in general people just whine
altho its annoying that none of them realises that me with my spop and golden guns arnt hacking because i spent alot getting them and it would be a waste of cash
there just morons. it would be good tho to have some sort of evaluation and get a "non hacker" tab next to your name or something. but you see you would still be kicked so it dosent matter.

player 2 presses tab and sees player 3's kdr is 2kills /11 deaths
player 4 call's kick vote
player 2 votes against
player 3 gets kicked
that happens alot ^^ people just dont like getting killed and they will scream hacker at the slightist thing to give them a better chance at getting a good score -
Im going to post again the main idea Im trying to drive home here. I realize there are a ton of posts here with a few scatterd thoughts and opinions here and there so heres an earlier post I made that best sums up the idea Im going with atm...
Heres a quick recap in case any newcomers dont want to read through all the other posts here:
Allow only the highest ranked players to be able to make their own rooms where they cannot be kicked by any of the other players. And yes even perhaps give them a certain amount of free immediate kicks. So if someone comes along who they know is a trouble maker or hacker they can just kick them without even having to vote.
These high ranked players are obviously very familiar with the game. It would be very unlikely that they use hacks because they wouldnt want to jeopardize their account and have it banned. And it is unlikely that they made a practice of using hacks as they leveled up because the chances are they would have gotten reported and busted to begin with, before they could even make it to that rank.
And thinking about it. I really dont recall ever seeing hardly any instances of the highest ranked players being accused of cheating and I cant recall ever seeing or thinking of any high ranked players using cheats and hacks. If I have, it has been very far and few in between. Again, if id have to put a number on it, I would estimate that at least 80% of that player base who would be non kickable room hosts would be legit and fair and wouldnt hack. And I think thats being conservative actually.
Taking all these factors into consideration, I really cant see any flaws with this type of system period. I can only see so many positive possibilities here and I really think this is something that would work. But of course Im open to anyone who can see any problems and would want to critique. Id really like to hear more opinions on this, both for and against. -

Yellow=This would be nice but It could be abused for getting ACE's, etc..
Anyway they should also add that room host can kick from both teams in game. -
I can actually see a flaw here. What about those that use aimbot or other hacks to reach that top tier of playing? There are definitely high level players that hack because I've seen them numerous times but yes there are a lot fewer of folks in the high level brackets that hack than in the lower but that's a given. I can still probably name a few, thought I won't, high leveled players that would completely abuse this.
However, I still like the idea and think it should be implemented in some way. The whole being able to kick anyone immediately is a bad idea because that can easily be abused, as DarknessR said, to get the Ace. -

Example? As I said I personally think that just make it universal that anyone who makes a room and is host cannot be kicked. I dont think there would be an over abundance of rooms chock full of hacker hosts. And again for any that truly are unfair and hackers, the other players can find other rooms.
And if Im wrong about that then make it so that only the higher/highest ranked players can make rooms without the option of having able to get kicked. I dont think most of the very top ranked players can afford to use their accounts to hack, so prolly there would be very few incidents of unkickable room hosts hacking.
Thats just one thought, I have a few others but Im not very inclined to a lot of the technological specifics and variables that would be important to consider in this matter. Food for thought though. Really just hoping anyone else with some "constructive" thoughts can chime in on this and share some ideas too.

There are enough decent, honest and legit players that create their own rooms that this wouldnt present a problem I believe. I dont think there would be an unreasonably large amount of rooms hosted by hackers.
