is there a way to re agrupate the rests of money of every psc?

No but you can enter multiple codes when you purchase something. The remaining value will be put into a new code.

Pay Safe Card? As long as you have the code, any remaining un-used money will still be on that specific code. You can use multiple codes to make one purchase so make sure you remember the codes!

Before seeing the replies I had already did what you guys told me, I just had to make the thread quicly because I had to go but then I bought paysafecards on the value of 25 and 10 €, the lady told me that I wouldn't be able to join the money of multiple plays but I didn't believe here, it was the right choice.
