Won't Install

Alright, to start off..
I've been having connection issues in-game. I've tested my connection and all that and it appears to be fine so I decided to delete my client and all that junk and re-install.
It installs fine up until it gets to the file: RF018.rez
I've tried using mirrored sites for the download and I've tried the official downloader. All experience the same problem. What does this error message mean?
(Here is what I get):

*Edit*: And I've tried hitting 'Retry' lol

Make sure that you disable your anti-virus or firewall before installing Crossfire.

I tried installing with them disabled and experienced the same error.
