Wasn't a patch. It was some maintenance, and they added the last remaining thing from the previous patch, so it's just an update. We shouldn't have set our hopes too high.

Dual Sawn-off Bronze were briefly previewed by accident and taken down almost immediately earlier when the first patch was live. It could be BP and come out later in the day, just wait for the patch notes.

Not true, korean crossfire got 4 pages full of cash capsules with perm guns (6 pages if you count the event exclusive ones), 3 pages GP crates (4 if you include the event ones).

and a hell lot more shop weapons.

cash items at 60% cheaper than here, most cash items are available through GP such as characters, character items, misc items (the only cash item there is add mission card) and even timed guns and knifes are GP.

Daily missions give the same reward but require less to do, monthly rewards give a total of 19k GP and a full set of dogtags a permanent Kriss Super V-Camo (guns cycle every 1-2 updates).

I would have preferred it if it was a GP crate. I personally don't see any justification to buy DSR-Rusty crates since it's just another re-skin and nothing more. Oh well, can't have every now then can we?
