I have lost my account but i have evidence(receipts) that its my account. Can I get it back?

ip? no but someone can forget the password and the password on registered gmail...

You will have to show receipts that you actually payed for that account.

Ye, I show the receipts but they are on norwegian. Is that bad? Im absolutley sure that i havent been scammed before. Its just that I used different password on everything for 2 years ago so when I stop using one thing I cant remember the password...

Send a ticket. If you don't know your ip or when the account was created, include all the information you can about your account that may prove your case (Security question/answer, email, etc.) and hope you've proven your case.

If you've had previous activity from another person on your account, Z8Games will not help you with your situation, you're out of luck, don't bother sending a Support Ticket.

were do you get that from? that someone else used my account? i have information and receipt but z8games gives a **** anyway
