Thank you Z8 but still need help

Hi, thanks to z8 I got my account back from the hacker who stole my account 1 year ago, also I really appreciate helps from Giggletron and [MOD]Talonblaze who give me hope and taught me how to get my account back through z8 support. I'm trying to change my IGN to my old IGN: ArmStrike because I always use that name in games and the hacker changed it to [Only]Strike after he stole my account, the problem is that after I bought the "Change in game name" thing, and input "ArmStrike" it give me a message says "Sorry, this name was used before. You may try another name. If there are further problems please contact support. EC:-1" so here I am asking if there's anyway I can get my old IGN back?

You aren't able to switch to in-game names which were previously used... I suppose you could send a support ticket explaining your situation, and perhaps they'll make an exception, not completely sure about that though.

I submitted a ticket yesterday and Z8 changed my IGN today, Thank you all ^^
