Sound Error? or No Sound

would be nice if u guys make this a private thread
@ but i have some problem, i recently installed Realtek HD Audio Manager in order to help me to hear sound, but it doesn't work in game because i can't hear nothing but radio + music in-game, not the gun sound and foot step, ect
