About Wanted Posters

hello i found 5 Wanted Posters some minutes ago
and tryed to add the Redeem Code to Redeem and it says

"The code you have entered is not valid."

this means i cant collect the posters any more? (for the ribbon)

Correct. You cannot collect anymore posters. The ribbon is now impossible to obtain.
