Modifying your IP by using proxys is against the conditions of the survey providers, and they'll block you from doing offers (if they catch you doing it, which is unlikely), but your account shouldn't have any consequences.
I don't see how tor will help you getting offers though.

Keep in mind, if the providers find out and take the zp back then your account may get locked for a charge back.

Yes he'd lose his ribbon.
It would depend on the amount of ZP that was owed.

If you provide false information to the survey supplier (by using proxy/tor), its possible that they take the money back from G4.
G4 will then obviously block your account, since you've spent ZP they haven't gotten paid for.
Then you will have to pay G4 for the ZP you got through the surveys.
If you don't, the chargeback will stay and you won't be able to play on that account.
