Can't play Hero Mode/Hero Mode X

Ok so, I'll try to describe my problem to the best.

When I try to play Hero Mode, or Hero Mode X, the screen freezes, nothing will load, well the orange bar is loaded until it's full, but the game won't begin. And then when I start the Task
Manager, there is a dialog box "Client MFC is not responding".

I don't understand, every other modes work nicely, just those 2 when I try to join a game.

Please help me out here.
