I have a problem to solve

Hi friends. Excuse me but i have a problem can we solve that?

when i open the game there is no problem then i want to open my sound and background sound musics the screen become very dark. before that i have uninstalled the game and i installed again. is the problem because of that? i know that there are some my friends who have a problem like that.
