Xtrap Error Report

Hello there...i just gave up on this after 10 hours attempts/investigation...
Can't start CF due to a 02-0300-00000000-602 Xtrap Error Field (saw that appearing as 608/611 at some forums)
It says that due to some external program(s) my operating system isn't working properly
I played last night, in the morning i got that error...

Got no Anti virus/malware/spyware / Firewall.

---

Windows updates are turned off

I run Win7 Ultimate x86, CPU Intel core duo 2.2GHz, 2GB RAM, GeForce 8600.

Also i haven't installed/downloaded anything in the time period from my last login to the error.

I can't be blocked, because my brother is in game the whole day...

Other things i tried :

Disabled Internet explorer
Found a Cheat engine on my PC and removed it (guess it's in there for a long time anyway)
Reinstalling the game (multiple times)
Deleting the Xtrap/HGWC folders
Logged in Windows as Administrator
Set WinXP compatibility mode
SmartClose 1.3 (Process/Service closing program similar to Game booster)
Read most of the results/forums in google (+translated ones) =3

Things i haven't tried :

System restore [No restore points available (Win7 seems to erase them upon reboot)]
Anyway i saw that even system restore didn't work for someone...
Reinstall OS (Got no CD atm...had one, but installation won't start...maybe corrupted...)
