How can some people have animated avatars?

As far as I know, I don't think you can.

But if it's still possible, the .gif file would have to be under 19 KB, and 100x100 or smaller.

If it isn't possible, it's because before the restrictions to avatars weren't as much as they are today.

I have seen only MODs with it, so maybe only MODs can have animated avatras (.gif files)

But maybe it's possible, just try it.

I think as long as the file size is small, and the animation plays only once then stops, its allowed. i just dont know how to do this.

MODs are responsible not to post seizure causing, flashing images. End of story.
