the rank is high but the only problem is the NOOB members...

so need some Lts/Captains/Majors.

the Leader may make u Lt in few days by looking at ur lvl and the amount of Cp gained!

rank has nothing to do with skill or being "pro". This is why most clans fail because they look for high ranks. Go into pubs and search for decent members. Or i'd suggest make a recruiting thread on the forums and recruit that way. Good Luck.

good luck finding members but as Menace said, i suggest looking for good players in pubs and try to convince them to join or make a recruiting thread asking for skilled players

Theres no reason to sit here and discriminate his recruiting thread. Leave him alone and let him recruit. He doesn't need your opinion on how his clan is doing.

It's new-er than your clan, has more members, higher rank, Better clan win/loss. And I have a friend in your clan, and you promote everybody to LT, then they leave clan, then you re-accept, promote them again, etc. You promote people when they've been in clan 10 minutes. Not only that, you try and steal other clan members (mainly my clan) for some reason. Don't worry they all tell me when it happens and we have a good joke about you :-)
