Cannot Join MM/HM/HMX

I have encountered this problem every time I tried to join a MM/HM/HMX game. When I join the loading bar reaches the end and the music comes on, but nothing else happens. I have to do Alt + Ctrl + Del to exit the game.

It first happened after the Nightfall patch.
My clanmates are able to join MM/HM/HMX. I sense this is only a problem for a few people.
I use a Window 7 HP
I can be in a game if I am present at the beginning and the host starts it.
I live in Midwestern U.S.
I have waited the longest time of 5 minutes before quitting.

Please fix this problem, I need my HMX ribbons and I need money from HM.
