The ribbon will be given away on the 25th. It usually takes up to 24 hours after the event so just be patient.

Quick addition to this.

Since virtually all accounts are getting this ribbon it will take time to make sure that all players actually receive the prize.

We've already started the functions for handing out the ribbons, but that doesn't mean all accounts will get it right away. Just wait and by the end of today everyone should have the ribbon on their profile.
