2 problems with crossfire

so as most of you have noticed that sometimes when playing hero mode or mutation mode that players come in floating in the air and with 0 ping..I have noticed that sometimes when I try to go into a HM or MM game that the loading bar fully loads and then the game crashes..I have a feeling that the 2 are connected somehow, the second problem I want to talk about is a glitch with the friends list. I have just recently added someone I introduced to crossfire and we both know that were both online but we cant see each other online on our friends list..Hopefully these issues are addressed in the next patch!!
