for the m4a1 c crystal do i need 20 + ribbions or just 20 ribbions. and when will they be handing out the new 100m ribbion

  You need exactly 20 ribbons, and you will receive the ribbon within 24-72 hours. If you do not receive it after this time period send a support ticket ^^'
