Random Lag?

Hey,
Everyday between 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. est. I just randomly start lagging. I do not know the reason for this, it just happens. There is nothing else running other than the game. I think its a bug in the game. Any suggestions on what to do?

This problem probably isn't associated with Crossfire, but something running in the background. Do you have schedueled scans, or anything that is on a specific time frame, because that's likely what's causing the problem.
