Looking For 2 Good Players

Alright, so basically I've made a new team with some people I've known for a while. All I'm looking for is someone with a good shot, someone that is not going to be below me, while I'm anchoring the sh*t out of Crossfire.
~Requirements~
-Good Shot
-Calm
-Mumble/Mic
-15-^
-Active Player
-Call Out
If you are annoying, and/or annoy any of my teammates you will be cut. I'm not saying that the team won't have fun sometimes, because it will. Although when I/we want to play seriously you better buckle down, and keep your mindset on the game.
