Never got my zp

So I basically took part in one of the 'Free' ZP Schemes by doing a survey and things and I never got my ZP..I have proof so I am wondering that since I have provided some evidence that I could be credited with the ZP that I should have been rewarded with.

wait at least 24 hours or what ever the company said
if not send a support ticket to the company you did the survey from
z8games is not affiliated with the survey company

Yes, this.

If we don't have the transaction ID there is virtually nothing we can do on our side to investigate. You'll need to contact the provider to see whats going on and ask them for a transaction ID.

When you contact the ZP provider, make sure to put proofs so they can see if you did finish
