Daily mission and dog tags removed!

Yesterday when I tried to join the map HM Mall and the map had loaded the game froze. I couldnt do anything and when i forced shutdown and then restarted crossfire all my monthly mission was gone. I had completed 15 but now they are gone. All my dog tags dissapeared too so now I only have 1 left from todays mission. Why did this happen? I want my dog tags and missions back. Please help me.
