Well I sent a ST 4 days ago and still no response.When will i get a response?
i am in a hurry because it is about my account that got hacked/scammed and a guy stole it.
Somehow he found my pass and my e-mail(He changed my email password in Gmail!!)and now i can't take it back.
The account name is *Hit4Ever** and i WANT it back.
Please,someone,help me,I am Desperated...

i got hacked like 2 weeks ago and i didnt my account back.
today other friend in the morning got hacked too.
how idk but z8games have to get a better security.
there are some ways for get secret question or email with only id and pass. -

Your friend got hacked because he gave away important count information in some way.
That is not Z8Game's fault, that is not Crossfire's fault, that is not the communities fault. -

z8games have errors. if you know programation or something like that (a guy told me like 3 weeks ago) you will be able to get accounts.
maybe you didnt heard about it but when i got hacked i investigate and like 2-3 persons told me it =.=
how i got hacked the last time...
i recived a wisper form a guy that i didnt know saying my id. after 20 mint i got hacked.
email password.. and i changed the sq of that acc 2-3 times..
anyway z8games say me that i cant get back it. -

could be because there are gms no one want to have problems with it and i didnt see a gm online only when is event. -
Yes, the database is encrypted the accounts don't get 'hacked'. If you're downloading cheats or trying to enter your information into a phishing website then that's where they got your information from.
To speed the process up, please make sure your ticket is in Account Administration and you fill out as much as you can. -

i have sended ticket and they same me that they will no help me i send zp purchases password email secret questions all..
and i think maybe is hard to hack but im sure that there a way for hack it.
you say no. but im complety sure i got hacked 2-3 times from same guy and i change segurity question and it was same... i change computer and always the same

As Hpx mentioned, chances are you download a hack tool, or filled out important information on a phishing website, and the hacker was able to obtain your account, otherwise it could have been a sibling, or even a friend you trust.
If they told you in the Support Ticket as a response that they aren't able to help you, then that's that, we're sorry. -
You cannot get hacked if you haven't given out any important information, otherwise there would be constant breaches in all companies which have encrypted databases, which doesn't happen.
and how i got hacked. 3 months before get hacked someona hack my email facebook and that thinks but i have a noob acc with it.it fail
after i think they put a keylogger in my computer or semthing like that..
really long but i will say it to gms.
mm after talk with come friends i have to ideas about how i got hacked.
maybe little thinks in z8games but very useful for hackers.
i will sned a ticket to z8games and talk about it. -
Cant find were to post this ut cf refuses to take replay files of hakz been this way for 4 months, this is bs. Instead of stopping hakz they make an impossible goal that only hakz can get then give them a prize. Stop stealing our money if ur just gonna avoid ur only problem and call everything else an issue
