Account Replied Where?

As you guys all know, when you get your account hacked you guys have to send a support ticket. This time i know everything about my account. i send a report saying that my account was hacked and they said "replied". So if it was replied, where do they send my lost password? To the current email? (that's the hackers email) or my first email (i checked it wasn't there) Can someone help me out, i really need my account back. Thanks a lot!
