You buy ZP with a debit card or something like that, then go to the deopist page here on z8games.com. Click redeem code, paste the code playspan gave you, and bam! instant zp.

i tell you this because depending on what method you used to deposit zp, z8games may not be able to help you.

unless you depisited ZP right from z8games.com with a debit card or paypal, then its z8's problem. otherwise, you must go with the third party's support ticket system.

Please contact the company you purchased the ZP from. They have your money, not Z8Games. You shouldn't have been charged if you didnt receive your ZP.
