106932 is the maximum amount of EXP you can get for that rank, meaning you need 1 more
(as explained by abel).
Nothing else can really happen unless you get that 1 EXP point. When it's #/#, it means that the second # (the denominator) is the maximum, not necessarily the amount required. -

Honor is dependent on the percentage of games that you desert. -

WRONG
Honor has nothing to do with your skills, its how often you leave games in progress. Thats it, nothing else factors into honor. Not yet, anyway.
