Fps
So... I want to have 150 fps. I might be purchasing a new computer and was wondering what specifications would grant me this fps or even higher. Some suggestions much appreciated but please do try to advise computers in a reasonable price range

the one above should give you around 200 fps. i7 is good for this game in particular, not so much on other newer games that uses GPU features.. -
The human eye processes about 20 frames per second, but can go as high as 60 when in panic.
Buy a basic computer, don't spend too much money. Also depends on your internet Connection. (correct me if im wrong)
FPS doesn't depend on your internet connection. -
i have question what are the benefits of having higher fps vs. lower fps
ex. 20fps player vs. 200 fps player
High fps rates make games faster and more fluid. Moreover, as the input peripherals are scanned by the PC between each frame displayed, this means that the higher the fps, the faster the reaction to your input from a joystick, keyboard, steering wheel. For example, if you play at 30 fps, your joystick can send input every 1/30 sec at the best. If, on the other hand, you play at 90 fps, your joystick can send input every 1/90 sec. In this way, at 90 fps, you can execute three separate actions such as shooting, moving and shooting again in the same amount of time as an opponent playing at 30 fps needs to execute a single action.
TL;DR:
The games aren't as laggy, you are able to perform tasks quicker. -

Where the hell did you learn that?! Thats ret.arded
The human eye has to see a minimum of 60 fps to see an image fluidly without stuttering or f******ing. The lower it goes, the more noticeable it is but anything higher is useless unless you have speeding things showing where you will need a higher frame rate to see without juttering. -

True dat^
ND for those asking, better FPS = smoother gameplay, its the difference between a stagnant picture and a video . -

@ giggle.
You were right bro. I do spike to about 250, but I'm usually just under 200 fps. I swear I seen it at more before that's why I said 250-300. I just haven't checked that in a while. Nevertheless you were correct

Giggle excused of course.
Damn i'm good

it actually has something to do with internet speed
FPS has nothing to do with internet speed.Just get a i3 processor doesn't need something as intense as i5 or i7 to get 100+ and Crossfire is ping capped, meaning you can't get a steady frame rate above 200, although you can go above it.
CPU reliant ain't need no GPU.
Correct, sir. -
