My IGN got re-named

IGN: Bull_****

I logged on today and seen that my name got changed to "badname568" I payed for that name at least z8games could do Is give me a chance to get a new IGN instead of auto selecting a new IGN.

What can I do to get a new IGN without buying a new IGN. I just read that If you have a foul IGN, the next time you login you get to choose a new IGN like If you started a new character. I didn't see an option on the web form support ticket to do so.

EDIT: Also I don't know IF Z8games did this or a hacker.

If you have an inappropriate IGN such as one with a curse word Z8games will change it. (You used to get banned for it.)

Pleas I Have a Proplem When I Lunch The Game After HGW game watcher the game doesn't open and this messae appear to me ( Timed out waiting for initialing xtrap-engine ) what i should do to open the game
pleas answer me
