Yeah its not capped at 200, I'm always well above it. I will download somthing I can record with and make a thread just for you

Heard it's a combination of hardware that can cause to get past that 200 fps limit. (No not super high end OVERPOWERED stuff)
it's something with AMD hardware.
It does sound possible.
Anyway who even needs that much FPS -.-
But seriously thanks all. This computer can stay on ebay
