found my old account was stole a while ago, now it's a Lt in a clan.
I was wondering why my password didn't work on my old account, then found out it was hacked 3 months ago.
Who ever stole or got my old account didn't buy any guns, not too actively neither.
It was funny that it is now a Lt in some clan I never heard of, with my good old IGN and everything.
I have heard of story of someone's hacked account had more guns than before being hacked, not in this case. But yeah thanks for the promotion, maybe I will stay in that clan after I get it back. :rolleyes:

it should be easy to retrieve since I have the purchase records.
You need more than transaction ID's. Got the Email or Security Answer? -

I won't say which mods or where because I can't really prove it was from there.
It might be something else that I don't know...
But in general you should check each file you put into CF folders, make sure you open them first.
Having purchase receipts and knowing your IP address for that account should be sufficient prove.
Security answers would have been changed by now. -

Killmarks and UI's are Image files.. they wont have done anything. Rory's exe's from Modhub are 100% legit too. So I dunno what you did if you only downloaded mods

Getting 2/3 from Trans ID's, Security answer and Email address registered is how you will get an account back. -

trans id is part of purchase receipt.
email address has been changed as well.

Well I know the original email, thats how I found out it was hacked, because I found an email telling me log in email has been changed to some weird email address.
I got my account back the first time without a problem at all.

Well I know the original email, thats how I found out it was hacked, because I found an email telling me log in email has been changed to some weird email address.
I got my account back the first time without a problem at all.
Give that a shot. Support know it can be easily changed so giving them the registered email should do it. -
