AK-47 Reload Change?

Is it just me, or has the reload of the AK-47 been changed?

It seems more realistic, more wobbly, feels like the arms are made of cartilage, not stone.

I picked up an AK-74 today, and noticed that it was still stuck on what appeared to be the old AK-47 reload, stiff, rigid arms, etc.

Same applies to the draw animation.

It only said that the AKs had a animation switch about holding the weapon not reloads.

Probably because bug fixes have nothing to do with the changes in the animations (besides some bug with holding an AK in the left hand).

I use a right hand setting though, so I'm not sure if that's relevant.

There was clearly something wrong with a golden AK-47 being held in the left hand. Seeing as it does not pertain to other AK variants, the bug fix for the golden AK-47 obviously does not pertain to the changes made with multiple AKs' animations. Why you think the original animations are bugs is beyond my level of thinking.

So I'm guessing that, for some reason, the AK-47 animation changing was NOT included in the patch notes.

because its 4am and tiredness seems to be affecting my memory xD Thought I rememberd it saying the animation was changed.

Besides this has already been discussed over the last few days plenty of times. You not been online dear?

Not rly. The ak scope hasnt been changed. At lest not in my patch files...

Some of the AK-47 variants have changed animation, and hand positioning in the recent patch. I personally like it, but AK enthusiasts say it's a big turn-off, not sure why, perhaps they cannot stand change in Crossfire.

Personaly, i like the new animation. From what i played , regular AK, silver,golden and camo has changed. I have AK scope, and has not been changed.

Any one knows anything about AK Knife?

The recoil "might" have changed,a little.
But overall,Aiming doesn't change...Aim than shoot,frag.
Basic stuff...from a basic game.

They don't tell us anything, they also fcked up the damages. Now it takes like 20 bullets to kill someone with the low damage and bad reg.

i cant use an ak on right hand only left hand but tbh i dont use it enough to have noticed a difference im an m4 player :P

Yeah, I like the new holding position too, looks much more realistic since the character is actually holding the handguard.

I just played with some of my AK's to see the difference. Couldn't tell what the change was. But I don't play with AK's that much so that's probabyl why. Anyway, it got me using my AK's again so that's cool. lol

I guess they make the reload speed of AK slower to prepare for something like AK spring or patriot (which have terrible reload speed based on what we know about m4 before)

However, if this won't come back like before, I will never use AK again.

I didn't pay attention to what the AK/Camo reload was before, but it looks good now. I don't really notice a difference in reload time, maybe they did change it.

It does look like they moved the left hand up so it's actually on the handguard now. Before it was right at the front of the magazine like an AR15/M4 type of grip.
