You can't get it back. Either sell it or keep it. Save up till you have enough again

It was human error rather than a glitch in the system. I highly doubt they'll refund it.

Exactly, its a human mistake so accidents happen all the time. I repair my guns, accidently instead of replay, wasted like 5k GP on BM guns
