How do I report hackers?

I just played sewers TD with some speed knifers from the same clan..
I saved the video but how do I report them?

And look at their clan rules:
clan rulls
1- if u wana join u must have a haak
2- u must kik any high level in the game
3- we must alwys play togethr in 1 game
4- kill all of gountnamo clan or kik them
5-play as a haak and dont fraid to be kiked

These guys deserve to be banned for life in my opinion..
