Didnt get my ZP

Hey there,

i spend 10€ paysafecard in my account but i didnt get my ZP.

I contacted the support but they didnt do anything

can someone help me pls :S

Long time ago I bought 10$ with my phone and didn't receive the ZP. The support peeps finally replied like 4 days later or something saying I shouldn't be billed. So maybe you won't be billed? O.o

Check the balance first, were you billed?

If you were billed, then your transaction may take a few hours to complete itself, so please wait another 24 hours or so. Support will also take 1-2 business days to get back to you.

Never got my zp points!

I just paid 85.15 us dollars and they will not reply to me via tickets!! FRAUD!..No reply from the company, yet they have the money I paid via PAYBYCASH right out of my checking account. If anyone else has this issue, add to this message.

I do have this issue too, I didn't receive my 20k zp I bought with an UGC... I sent a support ticket on Tuesday, still no reply. Terrible.

Paying through PayByCash will take 3-6 hours. This is the method I use as well. I'd also like to remind you that you purchased your ZP on a weekend, which is not a business day. Your payment should go through sometime today, if it hasn't already.

I purchased it Tuesday, as i stated i sent a support ticket on that same day (should have waited 24 hours, but i knew something was wrong because prepaid cards give the zp right away) so i still haven't gotten a response from support, since last Tuesday..

Were you charged? Are you sure your UGC card had enough money on it?

Brand new UGC, just bought it and i was charged, now it says the UGC has been used and no zp.
