I bought zp points but they dont show on cross fire

I just recently bought a subway card to get Zp. I did everything right. My account on the website says i have it on. But in the game its saying i have none. Ive tryed logging out and back in. Im getting FED UP hopefully some one can help me.

Give it a while. The ZP server is different from the game server, hence why it may have not yet updated in-game. If the transaction went through, and it shows so on your website profile, then you will have it soon.
