Disappearing gun?

Well I've had a support ticket up for this for the last week just about...I went onto black market and managed to win an M4A1-E, I stopped playing CF for about 9 months while I was busy with work. When I got back on a few days ago I eventually noticed that it had disappeared and that I had received a camo scar heavy, I don't ever remember winning or buying a scar heavy camo. So like I said, I've had a support ticket thats been open for nearly a week now and I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem?

    Don't think I've had any problem like that (that i know of) xD but good luck with the ticket.
    I'd be mad if my M4A1-E got replaced with a SCAR Heavy C.
