Knifers
I know useless thread but let me just point something out...
I hate people who think they are so pro because they knife. Theres this kid who is so ****y when I asked him for 1v1 , he denied because I said guns. He wanted knife only like a scrub. KNIFE IS FOR NOOBS. IF YOUR GOOD IN KNIFE, DONT MEAN YOUR PRO.

1. What's the point of a 1v1?
2. Did you ask him for a 1v1 because he was whining about something you did to him or vice versa?
3. This has happened to me before. I was challenged to a knife only and denied and he said I'm a noob. I didn't deny the challenge because it was a 1v1 but come on. Knife only? That makes it completely boring and unsatisfying to me. -

I like 1v1ing it's fun, and you can compare and increase your skills with others. The ones who say that 5v5 is the real deal, they simply say that since they get owned in 1v1 so they rely in their team-mates to kill or win. Personaly for me it's more important to be good at team work than 1v1. -

Everyone who just said knives are for noobs = -1 respect.
I am a very good knifer, I have a combat axe, but feel much more pro using a knife. I can't even start to think that all the other melee weapons make you "pro"... what's wrong with you people?
Not when you challenge someone to a 1v1 with it. -

If they beat you, knife vs combat axe, then you're the noob. How does challenging using a knife make them a noob? That's confidence right there. Knife requires skill, whereas other melee weapons don't require much skill, just basic skills. -

1) I don't knife.
2) I said gun.
3)He sucks with guns obviously. -
Because Guns require more skill than knife.
...facepalm*
Guns and knives are completely different. One can suck with knives, or be good with knives. One can suck with guns, or be good with guns. Both skills require different strategies, where as kniving requires timing, which is not used as often with guns.
Comparing the two weapons is idiotic. -

Guns are better than knives. IN FACT, not opinion. -
I originally started out Crossfire playing kniving only matches. Guns didn't matter to me. From then, I discovered ZP weapons, and became good with both weapons; melee and guns.
so you downloaded a first person shooter to play knife only and didnt care about guns? -

Yes, as a matter of fact. I wasn't able to get a hang of guns right off the bat, so I started out with kniving only matches.
These threads are opinion based... I'm not going to participate any further. -

then you would have had a hard time playing this game if you started playing early -
Knifing is harder than it looks. It doesn't use the "aim for the had and start spraying" strategies and skills that you use when playing guns. Knifing requires approach strategies, mindgames, footwork, and timing. I'd like to see any of you who think that knifing is easy, nooby, or stupid to play against someone known for knifing, like HateMyKnife or Grim.

And vice versa.
