Recover ACC w/ PSC Info?
Hello,
a friend of mine got his account stolen (he tried to sell it) but he had the informations of his last ZP deposit which was purchased using the PaySafeCard system so he sent a support ticket giving all the infos and got his acc back, IS THIS TRUE?

Yes, it is possible to recover an account as long as you have the information of its past, including pas passwords, emails, and purchasing/money transactions.Hello,

Even through he infracted one of the rules and tried to sell his account? At least GM Saidin told me that if you try to sell an account there is no way possible to recover your account but for example, if I haven't told anybody that I tried to sell the account, my account would recovered isn't it?

It is technically possible, but I cannot give you any assurances in that grey area, because not only is selling CrossFire accounts not allowed, but it is technically illegal as well, so I cannot help you in that case. -
Simple as how it sounds, if they found that the account was shared because it had to do with the sharing or trading account rule then it will be banned. If it was found to be stolen (keylogged) then you might have the chance to get it back. Anyways, I really find it funny how stupid people are for selling their accounts without not knowing the risks and then come here crying.

But he can retrieve it with 2 transaction id's and another form of ID such as E-Mail and Security Answer
If I knew this before, I could've get my friends account back!
