is possible to delete the game character ?
i have an CF account registered before august 2011 but i want delete the character and make another. it's possible ?

No, it's not possible to delete your CF character.

As Rory stated, it's not possible to delete and recreate your ingame character, however, you are able to make a new account entirely.

Make a new account and buy characters on that account o.o

or you can rename you Ingame name and even reset your kills/death and matches win/lose score (It cost zp, and it's in the mall)

i have an account created before august 2011, and I want play on it because I am not from the Green Zone and the new accounts doesn't run, but i destroyed my character ( I selled all my weapons to buy crates, but I wasn't won

) It's possible to reset the account ? How ? And when I reset my accountr I can choose a new name, my character is Trainee and I get GP to buy new weapons ? Like the beggining of game ?

It is impossible to reset your account, as we've all stated before.
