I am not from the green zone and i get the restriction message (service is not available in your region)
But if I send a ticket with my IP, game name and last time when i tried to log on, I will can play crossfire ? If yes, over how much time ?

No. If you're not in the green zone, you won't be able to play this version of Crossfire.

If he registered before the ip-restriction was in place he can play.

Today I created my account

(( anyone know when this problem will be fixed ? I tried play CF EU but when I try enter in the game, HGWC is loading complete but the game doesn't start.

Noone said it was a problem.... Youre blocked from playing this version.

Go on the CF EU forums if they have one, and request help from their technical support, we cannot assist you.

There should be a different version of CrossFire near where you live, like German CrossFire, EU CrossFire, Russian CrossFire, Chinese CrossFire, Korean CrossFire, Japanese CrossFire.

Only the green parts you can play NA CrossFire.
As I already mention, the red parts you have a different version of CrossFire near you.
