i dont use an illegal program but i lost my honorable soldier ribbon.I threw ticket but They do not respond. pls help me

Your honorable soldier ribbon can be lost due to ZP chargebacks. If you didn't have a chargeback (you'd know, because your account would've been banned at some point) then yes, you did hack and get banned at some point.

I'm with you though, if I could revert my history, I would be 100% willing.

If it's not from a chargeback, then it's because you were banned, or your account went under investigation.
