Hey guys, I played CF 2 years ago, and I don't remember my pass nor my email from my main account. The only thing I remember was that the user name was Shioya.
Any help please? I dedicated 2 years on that account and I really don't wanna lose it

Send in a detailed support ticket with as much info as you possibly can... such as location, date of birth... if it all matches you might get it back... if not then i'm sorry to say but you're screwed.

Do you remember your security answer by any chance? If you don't, then you have an insufficient amount of information about your account, so chances are you wont be getting it back.

We cannot handle this problem though, please send in a Support Ticket with as much information as you can remember.
