They are looking for a specific type of person. For example, if you answer age 15, maybe they were trying to get statistics from 45 years olds, meaning you don't qualify for the survey.
It's silly in my opinion, because it happens to me as well. I almost think they collect all your data, then pretend you don't qualify, when really, you do.
