High ping lag

Ok my normal ping is usually 12-15 but now recently it sky-rocketed to 600-900
and it never drops.

I never download anything, I close everything before I play crossfire.

What is going?? Plz help

If there's a problem, it will be patched on the 31st or its just your internet, computer, or anti virus?
