Cheater Clan? (BlackDevils™)

Hi,
First of all I know that hackusations are forbidden but I am a member of this Clan so I thought it wouldn't be against the rules.
My questions is; Do you think BlackDevils™ cheat, and why?

Personally I've never caught anyone using cheats but the Leaders & many Lieutenants do not have the Honorable Soldier Ribbon but they told that they lost it since X-Trap patched the cheat that they only tried to use one time, but since it was patched, their I.P. was automatically banned.

We are a Portuguese Clan that always chill on TeamSpeak and we don't have any Tabus, we're a family so I love my clan but a lot of people accuse us of cheating. Could it be because we have around 90% of Won CWs?
