Are the any plans to bring back the permanent axe to coupons? I was going to get the sl8 but I'd rather wait if they are bringing it back.

You never now, they are currently putting and replacing the slots with new weapons.

They most likely wont, since it was already in the Coupon Exchange. I doubt they'd rotate an item twice, however, anythings possible.

You never know if there's new things or old things coming to the coupons system. You will just have to wait and see.
