DSR-1 Rusty and Submarine Bay

Haven't seen a post about that so here it is. I don't check CrossFire files often but that "more weapon on May 31st" made me take a look and I found things I haven't seen before. Not sure if they were there prior to the patch, but looking at the dates (16/05/2012), seems they were added today :

new weapon DSR1-Rusty :

new weapon Dual Double Barrel Rusty ? (no named picture here) :

new map Submarine Bay :

There's also a bunch of other new files (some sound files for the new map, new sprays and namecards).

From the pictures, DSR1-Rusty could be in crates, probably ZP Limited Edition (more expensive) like our AWM LM friend was.
The Dual Double Barrel will probably be temp (ZP, GP, Coupons, Rewards or whatever) as there's no pictures for the crates thing (or in BP if you like to hope).
The New map isn't SnD imho since it's symmetrical, so... a big TD, EM, a new mode (:rolleyes:) ?

but we don't have these guns and the map officially now. Maybe it comes on May 31st.

I'm launching a discussion on pictures I found in this game's folder. Not another version. The files are already there, logically I should be allowed to talk about it. If not, a Mod/GM can always close/delete the thread but until then it's not a suggestion thread and should imo stay in Barracks.

Nice! I just went on a hunt for them as well, and found all these images! That's insane, I can't wait for the upcoming patches.

Limited Edition not limited in time, it says so somewhere, sorry for the confusion. It also costs more than the regular ZP crate. Since there's a DSR-Digital Camo, a new DSR crate would be redundant hence the DSR Limited Edition I'm thinking about.

No it should not. As the OP stated in two or three posts already, he found these files in the Crossfire folder.

Anyway, this looks pretty neat. I would guess that the map is TDM though, mostly because it is in fact symmetrical as you said.

Yes you are allowed to talk about the content which is in this version of Crossfire. Which means, if you found these files in the Crossfire folder then it is ok to talk about it. There is no rule against.

In my opinion, I think this patch was part one of the update. If we are lucky enough we might get another map with a few guns on the 31 May. Who knows? You might right!

From the map image, I think we will be getting a under-water map.

not really busted, this are simply some things that COULD get added, but it isnt sure. The Barret is also somewhere in there, but that doesnt mean that we get it.

I already have the DSR-1 DC. There is no reason for me to even consider getting the Rusty DSR-1 once it comes out. Shoulda been something useful like an SVD-Camo.

It seems as if this guy didnt even bother reading the original post rofl.

Reading is fundamental.

I like the map. Hope it is added. The new nightfall map we got is EHH..

Maybe they will put TD on Nightfall make it a little more interesting.
