Patch error?

I wonder if anyone here get the same problem. Every time I start a HMX game, the my screen got freeze when it finish loading. Then I can't use alt tab or else to turn the game off. I have to log off or restart my computer. Can someone please give me suggestions?

I keep getting an error saying
"Cant support 800x600x32 something"
Got it 4 straight times, Im too lazy to restart CF since it takes 30 secs each time on this old ratty computer

800x600 is the Resolution, 32bit OS I'm guessing.

yea probably. I haven't even seen this error until today after the new patch was over.

It doesn't really affect me now since my laptop is back tomorrow from the manufacturer, so I should be fine.

I usually Ctrl Alt Del and open up task manager and end Crossfire if I ever get freeze screen.

No need to restart computer

My Task manager always turn off automatically after 3 seconds. I have no idea why...

How much RAM do you have in your computer? If you have a small amount of RAM, then it's going to be harder for your computer to multitask, and may cause problems like yours. I also heard that the mutation/zombie modes are glitched, and will give errors upon entering. I haven't yet confirmed this, it's just what I've heard.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete this will bring up the "Task Manager" you can shut down Cross Fire without Logging off/Restarting you cpu. This is me assuming you don't have a Mac?
