I see what you're saying, because I just recently went through the exact same process; purchasing the $8.99, and after fees, it ended up being $12.09 USD.

Kind of ridiculous, that's a huge fee for a small purchase like that. (I used hyperwallet)

When I click "Use my balance" in PayByCash U.S. $ 8.99 goes for $ 11 +

Because there are additional fees on the $8.99. As I said, when I purchased my 10k ZP from PayByCash, the additional fees added it up to $12.09 USD.
